I see your trade mark received registration in '98 but I was unable to find any patent under your name or invention name. Did you actually recieve a patent on it? Just curious. Thanks   Bob: The answer to your question is yes I did receive a patent. I also have a copyright on my procedure and a trade secret. When I received my patent, I thought, "now what?". That's when the fun begins. Manufacturing and marketing is another world. I really did it all on a shoestring budget. I value my trade secret more than a patent. If I keep my mouth shut, my trade secret lasts forever. Look at coca cola. I also consider Trademarks very valuable. I always use a patent attorney.  Previous | Next
