| 11/05/06 | This is a e-mail I received from a maintenance department in a hospital. Before entering a sterile area,a Mag-Probe may be dipped in alcohol since it's waterproof. "I currently use the Mag-Probe when I have a problem with the Dialysis machines or the Ventilators which are used in the Hospital where I work. A Dialysis machine has approximately 30 solenoids, making a Mag-Probe a must when troubleshooting valve problems. It has also been very helpful when troubleshooting solenoids in the Ventilators. Our Dialysis machines are made by Cobe Gambro Hospal and Fresenius. Our ventilators are made by Malencrot Puritian Bennett. Thanks for a valuable test instrument. Rick(Biomed Dept.) |
| 07/04/05 | To space shuttle Astronauts at NASA. I'm offering you 4 Model HS Mag-probes ,free of charge, for use on your next flight. See mag-probe.com for the specifications. It's non-contact,waterproof and explosion proof. It operates at temperatures of -40F,but the actual tests were conducted at -80F, to+160F. Four units were tested in a vacuum chamber at 1x10-5 torr. All worked. As we know, a computer sends a DC or AC signal to a electrically operated solenoid valve. The computer indicates that the signal has been transmitted. The voltage is applied in parallel, but It's not known if current is flowing through the solenoid valves coil. The Mag-probe is a back up instrument. Since it's non-contact, it won't load the computer. It's completely isolated from all on board systems. It passes ETO sterlization and weighs only 3 ounces. If you're interested, send an E-mail to bartol_research@msn.com. This would give you absolute verification of a solenoid valves electrical state. It's powered by a lithium battery(no lead). Good Luck on your flight Sincerely, Bob Bartol Jr., Mag-probe inventor |
| 06/10/05 | Hello my fellow inventors. Notice the price changes I have made. I'm clearing out all copies of my 3 part system. I have been extremely busy writing patents and don't have time to continue in this area. When these copies are gone, there won't be another printing. I have more part ones than part two and three. I'll let you know when all part two and three copies are gone. Good Luck, Bob |
| 08/18/04 | This month marks 20 years since I quit my company job. What a great life it's been. I've had tough times and good times. But that's life. It's been worth the effort. Thanks for all your business. Mag-Probe sales are excellent. I've just completed a patent application for a medical device. I plan to write patents and sell them as soon as they are granted. Life's a gamble and I'm still in the game. I'd like to wish all of you good luck. Remember, Luck= sacrifice+hard work+imagination. Best Regards, Bob |
| 09/24/03 | My fellow inventors,Here is the information I promised in the block to your right. Danger signs to watch for when considering doing business with invention promotion companies.
Also,I will give you a system that I use to help me remember inventions while on the move or in the middle of the night. I use a palm sized digital voice recorder. I keep one in my car and one on the night stand by my bed. I can't tell you how many times I've thought of an idea in the middle of the night or while driving my car. When morning came, the idea was gone. Now I just record it and go back to sleep or keep driving. Bob |
| 09/14/03 | My fellow inventors,
I'll be listing two links to articles about how to spot inventor fraud. The Federal Trade Commission published them on their website. Good articles. They also have a link for filing a complaint with the FTC about inventor fraud. I'll also give you the name and phone number of my patent attorney in Arizona. Look for this information (next week) in the box to the right.

| 07/28/03 | Dear inventors, I knew it would happen. The link to Time Magazine's article about invention promotion companies has been eliminated. It was a great article and I wish to congratulate the author. I'm in the process of finding other good sources of information about the invention promotion scam business. Stay tuned. In the meantime, don't click on the Time Magizine link to your right.

| 07/13/03 | A few days ago I received a nice reminder from Abigail that I haven't been posting your questions on the guest page. Using the excuse that "I've been too busy", Won't hold water. I still have an obligation to do the posting and will spent the time it takes to do it right. The questions you ask help me answer many of the questions we all encounter at the beginning of the trip down invention road. I enjoy making contact with inventors and want ot wish all of you success. Fighting Windmills is a great adventure.

| 05/01/02 | Hello inventors. Are you still reading and thinking about your invention? I must admit, I did the same thing. Lots of talking, but no action. Then one day, my wife said," I'm tired of hearing about your invention, if you don't do it I want you to stop talking about it". That did it. She was right. I took the first step. That was more than 17 years ago. You know the rest of the story.
I don't make a living by selling my three part system. Sales from the three part system only cover my operating expenses. My invention is my primary source of income.
Good luck.

| 04/04/02 | I believe that the solution to the energy problem is hydrogen. The hydrogen is extracted from water by using a fuel cell. In one experment, a Ford Fiesta was driven 300 miles on the hydrogen extracted from two gallons of water. How about that? A new fuel cell invented by Dr Roger Billings stores hydrogen safely in the form of powdered metals. Stay tuned for more information on this subject. You won't read about it in the press. |
| 03/18/02 | A few months ago I received a call from Japan. It was from a distributor. He was located in the Tokyo area and wanted to sell my invention, the Mag-Probe, in the Japanese market. Within a few days,we agreed on a price. He translated the instructions into japanese and I began exporting to Japan. This was a major step foward. He has purchased hundreds of units. He wire transfers money into my business account and I ship the product. |
| 08/04/01 | American inventors, Hello.
Last week I contacted a major U.S. manufacturer. I wanted to know if they looked at new ideas or would consider working with inventors.
Their answer was, "We only consider ideas that are covered by a U.S. patent number." That's it. Their policy was firm.
Sometimes I check in with a few companies to see if their policy has changed. It's still the same.
This is the major reason I did it all myself.
It sure is nice, I don't have to answer to anyone except my customers.
